Le rendement de placement s&rsquo;affiche \u00e0 5.34% (calcul\u00e9 sur douze mois). Par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le r\u00e9sultat total au 31 mars 2022 augmente de plus de 18.6%. Les revenus locatifs sont \u00e9galement en hausse de 20.5% au cours de la p\u00e9riode consid\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Au 31 mars 2022, le total des revenus augmente \u00e0 CHF 20&rsquo;978&rsquo;706.- et les d\u00e9penses totales s&rsquo;affichent \u00e0 CHF 7&rsquo;764&rsquo;108.-. Le r\u00e9sultat total augmente de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 CHF 15&rsquo;347&rsquo;749.- (31 mars 2021: CHF 12&rsquo;935&rsquo;854.-). Le total des revenus locatifs augmente \u00e9galement fortement \u00e0 CHF 19&rsquo;469&rsquo;099.- (+ 20.5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La valeur nette d&rsquo;inventaire (VNI) augmente au 31 mars 2022 \u00e0 CHF 121.41 par part (par rapport \u00e0 CHF 120.46 \u00e0 fin mars 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actifs du fonds ont connu une hausse et totalisent au 31 mars 2022 CHF 696.9 millions, alors que la fortune nette augmente \u00e0 CHF 479.6 millions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rendement de placement s&rsquo;affiche \u00e0 5.34% (31 mars 2021: 7.35%) et le rendement des fonds propres (ROE) se trouve \u00e0 5.10% (31 mars 2021: 6.46%). Le coefficient d&rsquo;endettement du Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 27.84% (31 mars 2021: 24.19%) et la marge de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&rsquo;exploitation (EBIT) augmente \u00e0 75.06% (31 mars 2021: 67.99%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le taux de perte sur loyers tombe \u00e0 12.45% (31 mars 2021 : 13.02%).
