En cons\u00e9quence, la SICAV proposera \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 24 octobre 2024 de verser un dividende de CHF 6.00 par action et pr\u00e9voit une augmentation de capital d\u2019environ CHF 100 millions pour la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Au 30 juin 2024, le total des revenus sur l\u2019exercice comptable du compartiment Swiss Commercial Fund s\u2019affiche \u00e0 CHF &nbsp;112&rsquo;658&rsquo;735.34 et le total des charges se chiffre \u00e0 CHF 52&rsquo;093&rsquo;692.39. En ce qui concerne les charges, le gestionnaire a profit\u00e9 des synergies cr\u00e9\u00e9es lors du regroupement et de son exp\u00e9rience dans la gestion rigoureuse des co\u00fbts pour maintenir une marge EBIT \u00e9lev\u00e9e atteignant 69.28%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat net g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 se monte \u00e0 CHF 60&rsquo;565&rsquo;042.95, soit CHF 6.20 par action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le total des revenus locatifs s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 CHF 108\u2019579\u2019298.07 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une commercialisation soutenue pendant l\u2019exercice comptable r\u00e9duisant le taux de vacances \u00e0 10.42%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant l\u2019exercice \u00e9coul\u00e9, le gestionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement dynamique dans la rotation et le d\u00e9veloppement du portefeuille. D\u2019une part, l\u2019augmentation de capital de CHF&nbsp; 75 millions r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en avril 2024 a permis l\u2019acquisition de quatre b\u00e2timents pour environ CHF&nbsp;55 millions et le lancement de diff\u00e9rents projets de d\u00e9veloppement et, d\u2019autre part, quatre b\u00e2timents non strat\u00e9giques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus pour CHF 13 millions.
